We had a great time yesterday at the FBE – Developing Leeds Southbank event. Along with hearing Ceg’s proposals for the Southbank, retention of local culture and the Leeds City Council plans to develop the area, we were grateful to be given the chance to discuss our 928 unit residential scheme.
The Southbank regeneration – one of the largest in Europe covering some 253 hectares – focuses on developing the Southbank as a new quarter to the City, with an introduction of some 35,000 new jobs by 2028.
We are delighted to be a part of the regeneration of Leeds, working with the council and other developers, as part of the long term development strategy with our 6.5 acre development. Huge thanks to all at the FBE committee for inviting us along!
