Site setup at X1 Chatham Waters is 100% complete

We are delighted to confirm that following on from gaining possession of X1 Chatham Waters on 1st March, OHOB have confirmed site set up is now complete – a turnaround time of less than a month.

With site set up now 100% complete, temporary water supply to the site is also installed. Works to the Concrete Frame Construction are well underway with podium level 100% cast and block a level 6 at 50%.

Over the coming 4 weeks, Cast Block A floor slabs will be complete to Level 9 and Level 6 at Block B. Installation of the Hoist will also begin along with SFS and temporary electric supply to site.
