In the last 12 months to July 2018, prices in Manchester grew just under 9% and the City has been titled as the UK’s largest and fastest growing economy outside of London
With more businesses moving in to Manchester, it is expected that Manchester will see around 3100 new jobs created year – on year until 2034.
Keeping in mind the City housed 10,000 people in the City centre in 2010 , not 8 years later the City plays home to some 70,000. With this , the demand for rental properties has gained strong momentum.
