It was great to be invited to the North West Residential Property Breakfast earlier this morning in Liverpool.
With a number of speakers and local developers discussing topics such as scheme viability, placemaking and some of the latest innovations in the industry, it’s great to be a part of sustainable residential development and the creation of new neighbourhoods within the City.
When it comes to BtR hotspots outside of London, Manchester remains one of the highest ranked locations, with growing demand for private rentals from those aged 20 – 34.
With the demand for private rentals in Manchester not met by current supply, X1 will be delivering over 700 new homes to the private rental market in 2019 alone.
