The development reached its peak height in a ceremony held today by X1, Peel L&P and O’Halloran & O’Brien. The project is proving incredibly popular with investors. X1 Chatham Waters is just 36 minutes from London St Pancras by train. Investors are offered assured NET returns of 6% for two years. The development is an integral part of Peel L&P’s £650m masterplan for Chatham Waters.
