Award-winning property developer X1 is celebrating the topping out of the first tower at its iconic five tower X1 Manchester Waters development, part of wider Peel L&P regeneration project.
The new tower will bring 75 exclusive apartments to Pomona Island in Manchester. Today, the building reached its peak height during a ceremony to mark the significant occasion.
X1 Manchester Waters has proven incredibly popular with investors, with Towers A and B now fully sold out, with only limited availability remaining in Tower C. On completion the development will consist of 742 one, two and three bedroom apartments, in five distinctive apartment blocks.
