X1’s new apartment building in central Manchester has topped out. ‘X1 The Landmark’ brings 191 new luxury apartments to the city centre near Spinningfields.
The development reached its peak height in a ceremony held today by X1, Trilandium and Knight Knox. The project has proven incredibly popular with investors and is fully sold out.
It features an exciting mix of one, two and three bedroom apartments alongside two, three and four bedroom family townhouses in a prime new residential area.
Melissa Green, Operations Director at X1, said: “We are delighted to be working with the team at Trilandium to deliver X1 The Landmark – a prime residential site adjacent to Spinningfields in Manchester City centre.
“The scheme which has been carefully designed by award winning DK – Architects will deliver an exclusive mix of 191 one, two and three bedroom apartments along with two, three- and four-bedroom family townhouses.
“The topping out ceremony celebrates a key milestone within the build, and we are looking forward to launching these apartments to the rental market,” Melissa said.
