X1 Developments is celebrating major wins and nominations at all the major UK and international industry awards ceremonies for 2021–2022.
Our iconic X1 Manchester Waters development was awarded Best Residential Development at the International Property Awards 2021 for the second and latest tower in the scheme, Tower B.
Meanwhile, X1 Lettings was recognised as the ‘Best Lettings Agency for Merseyside’, with our incredible team receiving five stars as the best performing entrant in this category.

Beyond the highly prestigious International Property Awards we have also seen huge successes for our teams in all parts of the business.
The Negotiator Awards, established in 2008, has become one of the most prestigious awards ceremonies for UK residential estate and lettings agents.
It is one of the leading awards ceremonies within the industry and we are delighted to announce that we have been shortlisted in four categories:
- Website of the Year
- Lettings Agency of the Year (Medium)
- Regional Agency of the Year (North East and North West)
- Employer of the Year
This year, our entries have all been assessed by a judging panel of 21 industry experts in order to reach this stage and we look forward to hopefully bringing these awards back to with us.
Furthermore, the RESI Awards recognise the residential property sector and its successes and bring together key players in the residential market including leading developers, landlords, house builders, operators, investors, agencies and local authorities.
We are delighted to announce that X1 Lettings has been shortlisted within the highly competitive category of ‘Student Accommodation Operator of the Year.’
As a management specialist in PBSA, we are extremely proud of the reputation we have built up across Liverpool and Manchester as quality student accommodation providers.
The X1 Lettings team focuses on providing the highest levels of aftercare to student tenants, all of whom have access to regular social events and competitions along with an exclusive tenant loyalty card.
In November 2020, we officially opened X1 Chatham Waters in Kent, marking our first development in the south of England.
In another huge achievement for X1 Lettings our team there have been named as Best Letting Agency (Gold Winner) in the British Property Awards.
X1 Chatham Waters – a scheme in partnership with Peel L&P – brought 199 stunning waterside apartments to the ‘Chatham Waters’ masterplan and we are delighted to be sharing this fantastic news.
